Motor Insurance

Documents needed for OBLIGATORY or MATERIAL car policy:
1. Copy of the driving license.
2. Copy of the registration card.
3. Car owner's Full Address and phone number

Documents needed for ALL RISK car policy:
1. Copy of the driving license.
2. Copy of the registration card.
3. Car owner's Full Address and phone number

Documents needed for Sports Cars Only :
1. Owner age.
2. Place of usual car parking (at home and at work).
- The car value will be estimated by the insurance company (AUG)
- Pictures of the car must be taken at AUG's office before the issuance of any all risk policy.

Maid Insurance

Documents needed for Maid policy:
1. A clear copy of the Maid Passport.
2. A clear copy of the Employer's Identification Card or Passport.
3. A detailed full address of the employer (Street, Bldg, City …).
4. The employer's phone number.

Medical Insurance

Documents needed for Medical policy:
1. Application filled by the insured.
2. Individual identification certificate (for individual application) or family identification certificate (for family application).
3. Copy of the old insurance card to guarantee renewal coverage.
N.B.: Ending date of the old insurance should not exceed one month from the date of application.

General Insurance

Global Medical Travel: 1. Copy of the passport/ ID (age limit 65 years old).
N.B.: Excluding USA and Canada.
Workmen’s Compensation & Public Liability:
1. Proposal Form filled by the insured, identifying the proposer’s full name and address, nature of business, number of workers, job description, daily salaries and any other information required for underwriting.

N.B.: In the case of construction workers, a copy of the construction license is required.



Fire, Burglary & Allied Perils:
Proposal Form filled by the insured, identifying the proposer’s full name and address, his profession, the property to be insured, description of the building in which that property is located, situation of the risk, sum to be insured and any other information required for underwriting.

School Liability:

1. Nature of school (private, public, technical …)
2. Number of students & teachers.
3. School hours.
4. Sum insured (refer to AUG rate book).

Personal Accident:
1. Date of birth.
2. Occupation.
3. Annual or monthly salary.
4. Sum insured requested.

In case of accident or mechanical problem resulting in a need for crane, please contact our Call Center available 24/24 & 7/7 to help you immediately, and to advise you about the nearest experts in your region.
In case of car accident, please contact our claims department to declare your accident within a maximum period of three days.

Replacement Car Program

3rd Party Liability / Material Damage.
The yearly subscription fee is 6.- U.S. Dollars. You will benefit from:

1. Two days replacement car (delivered within a maximum period of 12 hours) following any accident disabling your vehicle.
2. In case a replacement car is not available, the rental company warrants to compensate you the amount of 25 $ per day, up to 2 days.
3. You can benefit from this service twice per year.

All Risk.
The yearly subscription fee is 15.- U.S. Dollars. You will benefit from:

1. Five Days replacement car (delivered within a maximum period of 12 hours) following any accident disabling your vehicle.
2. In case a replacement car is not available, the rental company warrants to compensate you the amount of 25 $ per day, up to 5 days.
3. You can benefit from this service twice per year.
Claims Department.

In case of car accident:

1- Call an expert from the list attached within your policy or contact our Call Center for help.
2- Contact our claims department to declare your accident within a maximum period of three days.
3- A written declaration must be submitted to the claims department at AUG’s main office, along with your original policy, driving license and the car registration card.
